        These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all members (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the job matching site "Is Your Work" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") operated by Asia Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using the Site, Users are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.
        
Article 1 (Purpose)
        The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the basic rules for Users when using the Site and to ensure the provision of sound and safe services.
        
Article 2 (Scope of Application)
        These Terms apply to all Users of the Site. By using the Site, Users are deemed to have agreed to the contents of these Terms.
        
Article 3 (Membership Registration)
        
          - Users are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on the Site.
- If the information provided at the time of registration is found to be false, the Company may delete the registration or suspend the use of the Site.
- The registration of job information related to the adult entertainment industry or antisocial activities is strictly prohibited.
Article 4 (User Responsibilities)
          - The Company is responsible for properly matching job seekers and employers. However, the Company is not responsible in the following cases: (1) Disputes related to employment contracts or conditions between job seekers and employers. (2) Troubles arising from communication between job seekers and employers.
- Job seekers and employers shall conduct negotiations directly under their own responsibility.
Article 5 (Deletion of Inactive Data)
          - Data registered by Users on the Site that has not been accessed for over one year may be deleted at the discretion of the Company.
- No prior notice will be given to Users regarding the deletion of such data.
Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)
        Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Site. If the Company determines that any of the following apply, it may take measures such as deleting the registration or suspending the use of the services:
        
          - Illegally obtaining or using information of other Users or job seekers.
- Infringing on the rights of others.
- Acts contrary to public order and morals.
- Violations of laws and regulations.
- Sending harmful programs.
- Placing excessive burdens on servers or networks.
- Other acts that violate these Terms or cause inconvenience to the Company or other Users.
Article 7 (Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights)
        Unless otherwise specified, the copyrights of all content (texts, images, programs, etc.) posted on the Site belong to the Company. Users are prohibited from reproducing, reprinting, or modifying these without the Company’s permission.
        
Article 8 (Service Suspension)
        The Company may temporarily or permanently suspend the provision of the Site as necessary. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by Users as a result.
        
Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)
        The Company may change these Terms as necessary. After the changes, Users will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms by continuing to use the Site.
        
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
        
          - These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
- All disputes related to these Terms and the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court.
